Welcome to the Career Staffing Talent websites and mobile application, collectively referred to as the “Sites,” operated by Career Staffing Talent, Inc. (“CST” or “we” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of and access to the Sites and constitute a legally binding contract between you and CST. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Sites.
1. Acceptance
By accessing and using our Sites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access our Sites.

You affirm that you are of legal age to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Sites on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. License
CST grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Sites for your personal and non-commercial use or for the purpose of doing business with CST.
4. User-Submitted Materials
You may upload or submit résumés, employment information, job orders, and other materials (“Submitted Materials”) to the Sites. By submitting these materials, you grant CST a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such materials. You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to grant these licenses.
5. Feedback
We do not accept unsolicited ideas or proposals. Any feedback you provide will be deemed non-confidential and will become CST’s property, which we may use for any purpose without compensation to you.
6. Rules of Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post or transmit harmful, obscene, or defamatory materials.
- Use the Sites for unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Interfere with the operation of the Sites.
- Reverse engineer or disassemble any part of the Sites.
7. Third-Party Materials

16. Customers
Customers may register on the Sites to create job orders, view candidate recommendations, and approve time reports. Customers are responsible for all activities under their accounts.
17. Candidates
Candidates may register on the Sites, upload resumes, and receive job alerts. CST does not guarantee employment or job offers through the Sites.
18. Mobile Application
Use of the CST mobile application is subject to these Terms.
19. Online Time Reporting and Approval System
CST provides an online system for time reporting and approval.
